Senior Project Manager for our Change and Technology Unit - Fund Industry (m/f)

To support our growth, we are recruiting for a Manager specialized in project management for our Change & Technology Unit (CTU). The CTU team is responsible for delivering projects related to changes in business processes and technology solutions.

What you will do:

As part of this team, you will be liaising with business, IT and development teams. You will:

    With the business and other key stakeholders, develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitor and report on progress.

    Work hand in hand with the business team and collaborate with business team members to measure project progress, resolve issues and deliver on time.

    Collaborate with the IT Operations and Digital Factory divisions to ensure successful project delivery on technology building projects.

    Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and completion of project tasks.

    Manage change requests.

    Identify and manage project risks and issues.

    Monitor project progress and report on project status, including financials, to senior management.

    Ensure compliance with project management best practices and company policies.

    Manage stakeholder expectations and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Who you are:

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or similar (or equivalent professional experience)

    Have at least five years of professional experience in a similar role

    Proficient in project management methodologies

    Able to demonstrate strong relationship-building skills

    Experience working cross-functionally with various technical teams

    Flexible, pro-active, structured and quality-oriented

    Pragmatic and solution oriented

    Work autonomously within a team environment

    Excellent speaking and presentation skills; able to communicate and discuss complex topics with technical and non-technical audiences.

    Able to work in a large program with complex processes and inter-dependencies

    Previous experience in managing and coaching a team is desirable.

    Distinguish yourself by your organizational skills, flexibility and ability to meet strict deadlines

    Knowledge of the Fund Industry is a plus

    At ease with MS Office tools (i.e., Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio)

    Project management certifications will be considered an asset.

    Fluent in English. Any other languages are considered as an asset
