A global impact

As we progress in our HR Transformation journey, we are seeking for a new colleague to join our team to help accelerate the implementation and adoption of our global people processes. The People Review, Merit Review and Incentive Payout processes are defining moments in both our annual HR calendar and in the experiences of our leaders and employees. So is our Employee Motivation Surveys.

 

The role

As a Senior HR Program Management Specialist, you will:

  • Be responsible for orchestrating the seamless deployment of Grundfos’ annual people processes (e.g., Employee Engagement Survey, performance and talent review, merit and incentive payout).
  • Coordinate with relevant process owners to identify, scope and implement integrated action plans and/or continuous improvement process and/or systems initiatives.
  • Collaborate with process owners to ensure prompt and timely resolution of issues and challenges before and during the deployment of the global processes.
  • Support process owners in implementing an evidence-based approach to monitoring and evaluating progress and impact of their respective process/es.
  • Ensure that key learnings and user experience feedback are systematically documented, reviewed and translated into action plans and/or communication initiatives.
  • Partner with process owners to develop and implement a robust communication plan to ensure understanding of roles and responsibilities of all stakeholders.
  • Develop and draft content for communication activities and/or initiatives related to the deployment of the people processes.

 

Desired profile

You will be working within the context of a big change agenda, so being resilient and possessing a strong learning agility will take you far. You will be working within a matrix structure and with a team regrouping experts from different disciplines within and outside of HR, which calls for your ability to forge and foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure the processes are successfully deployed and embedded into our organisation. Moreover, you possess the following competencies and attributes:

  • Hold a least a Bachelor's degree with 56 experience (or qualified by experience) within HR, Project or Change management or related disciplines
  • Fluency in English both written and oral is a prerequisite
  • Strong project and change management skills
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of HR processes will be a definite advantage

 

Location

This position can be based either in Denmark or in Hungary. You will need to have the eligibility to work in those locations as Grundfos will not be sponsoring any visa applications for this opening.
