The Role: The Design Integrity team is primarily responsible for designing new business processes and standardising ways of working for key activities in the water services industry in conjunction with the Business. Reporting to the Business Design Lead, the Senior Process Analyst will be responsible for analysing the current ways of working, designing new ways of working with reference to best practice, developing end-to-end scenarios to test the new ways of working, providing implementation and post-implementation support to the Business, and analysing the performance of the new ways of working across Irish Water. The Design Integrity team is responsible for maintaining the quality, completeness and integrity of the end-to-end design throughout the Programme lifecycle. Main Duties and Responsibilities:  Lead the analysis of current business processes to understand the underlying issues.  Develop, maintain and promote design standards across the Programme and the Business.  Lead the design of new business processes or changes to existing business processes in line with the relevant design standards and informed by best practice.  Lead the definition of business requirements in line with the relevant design standards.  Coordinate across people, process and systems to maintain the integrity of the design and optimise solutions.  Support the operation of the Design Authority on the Programme.  Support the Business in delivering the outputs required to implement the new ways of working.  Lead the development of business scenarios to test the end-to-end business processes and execute end-to-end business process testing in conjunction with other Programme teams.  Support the deployment of the new ways of working and provide post-implementation support to the Business as required.  Lead the implementation and operation of the process performance management framework to monitor and assess the end-to-end business process performance across Irish Water.  Engage and manage the relevant internal and external stakeholders throughout the design, build, test and deployment of the new business processes and ways of working.  Engage and manage external partners as required throughout the design, build, test and deployment of the new business processes and ways of working.  Manage and support assigned direct reports within the team.  Provide regular progress reports to the Programme Management team and Work stream Leads.  Support and contribute to Programme communications and events.  Perform other duties as required.
