-?Human Resources -?Denmark - Bagsværd Would you like to drive the learning and development agenda in the Product Supply (PS) division of Novo Nordisk and play a key role in ensuring that employees have the right competencies? Are you an experienced Manager with profound insight into effective learning methods? Then you may be the new Manager of Learning and Competence Development we are looking for. About the department You will head up the Learning and Competence Development team which is part of PS People and Organisation. The team consists of 13 highly engaged training consultants, specialists and project managers who are responsible for developing and implementing effective training concepts and learning solutions across a global manufacturing organisation. We own the training system in PS and our goal is to ensure effective training and competent employees across the organisation. The team is also responsible for HR IT and HR Analytics in PS. The position As Manager of Learning and Competence Development, you will drive the learning agenda in Product Supply. You own the training system and process in PS and through your team, you will drive the implementation of training concepts and activities across the global Product Supply organisation. This involves supporting the organisation in their on-going implementation of shop-floor training concepts and optimising these according to organisational needs. It also involves continuously improving the training system and process to address the business challenges. We aim to use a wide range of training formats and you will be a key driver in ensuring that we can deliver effective training in new ways using digital learning technologies. Moreover, you will be responsible for communicating the training system in a clear and simple way to managers at all levels and for developing training professionals through train-the-trainer programmes and other initiatives across PS. At a strategic level you need to ensure that all activities and efforts of the team are continuously aligned with business needs and that stakeholders are involved in key initiatives and decisions. You will lead a team of 13 employees, create engagement and motivation among team members, and you will set clear direction for the team as an effective support function to PS. You will also be responsible for management tasks such as resource planning and prioritisation, performance management and budget control. You will report to the Corporate Vice President (CVP) of PS People and Organisation. Qualifications You have minimum 5 years of experience from a similar leadership role in a global environment in which you have demonstrated strong leadership and collaboration skills. You have comprehensive knowledge of effective, blended learning solutions and know how to apply these to meet business needs. Moreover, you have solid experience in driving organisational development initiatives and excellent stakeholder management skills. You probably have an academic background within Adult Education, Organisational Development, Psychology, HR or equivalent. Learning and Development experience from the pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and you are fluent in written and spoken English.
