We currently have a career opportunity for Senior Manager Assurance Services based in Zurich office with deep knowledge of the following competencies:  IFRS or US GAAP and technical accounting for complex accounting matters  Regulations related to companies listed on US exchanges, e.g.

US GAAS (PCAOB), Swiss regulatory (FAOA), ISA and SEC regulations  Experience with Sarbanes Oxley Act (“SOX”)  Experience with multinational group audits (scoping, reporting, and coordinating with component auditors  Experience with US public debt offerings, pro forma financial statements and the issuance of comfort letters  Financial Statement Close Process (FSCP) of large companies Tasks that you promote  Be responsible for managing components of multinational group audits engagements.  Collaborate with the partner, senior manager and client to determine a FAAS strategy that appropriately addresses risk and manages client expectations relating to deliverables.  Develop innovative audit approaches using advanced data analytics, robotics and machine learning techniques  Ensure that the audit engagement team understands the client's needs and expectations and that the work product is client-focused, clear, accurate and well-presented.  Ensure work is delivered timely and in compliance with regulatory requirements, especially PCAOB and FAOA requirements.  Work with other service lines in providing an integrated service delivery.  Monitor the audit engagement team's engagement economics including early identification and communication of over-runs analysis, and continuously monitoring the recovery rate and reassessment of staffing needs according to the engagement progress.  Identify and communicate relevant audit findings, trends, developments and key performance drivers relevant to the client.  Consult with appropriate resources on complex accounting issues.  Participate in sales of new audit work.

Your profile to succeed together  A bachelor's degree and approximately 10 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 8 years of related work experience  An undergraduate or master's degree in accounting and/or other appropriate academic major  A Swiss CPA or foreign equivalent (e.g.

US CPA, UK ACCA)  At least 4 years of working experience and particular business/industry experience to meet special needs  Excellent English skills are a must
