RH Lab. is a Human Resources solutions firm based in Rodange, Luxembourg. We offer to meet the strategic and

operational needs of decision-makers and HR managers in the day-to-day and ad hoc management of their

human capital. We work with a range of companies to provide our specialist HR skills.

Mission

You will be an HR generalist responsible for implementing HR projects, HR department structuring plans, payroll management and all other HR assignments.

As an HRBP, you will provide support and advice to our customers.

You will be able to adapt to the specific needs of our customers in order to communicate the risks involved and propose solutions tailored to their needs.

You maintain relations with the social partners.

You have analytical skills: HR diagnostics, analysis and proposals for corrective action, setting up dashboards.

Best HR practices hold no secrets for you.

You are capable of managing several timeshare assignments simultaneously.

You'll be able to back up or replace HR staff in VSEs, SMEs or groups with a matrix (silo) organisation.

You will monitor legal developments in Luxembourg and French employment law.

You will update and deliver HR training courses.

Profile

You have a Master's degree in HR and significant, recognised experience.

You have a good command of Luxembourg employment law.

Knowledge of Luxembourg payroll legislation is a plus.

You have an excellent command of Pack Office.

You are fluent in French and English (B2 min). Any other language would be an asset.

You like versatility and change and you know how to adapt to customers and to the difficulties of the HRM profession.

You are organised, rigorous, flexible, a good listener, autonomous and proactive.
