Senior Customer Service Administrator As a Barclays Senior Customer Service Administrator, you'll have the opportunity to liaise with your customers, investigating and resolving client queries, whilst completing a wide variety of complex administrative tasks that will often be time critical. When speaking with customers, you'll be developing great client relationships within Barclays, always delivering a professional service via telephony, email and written communications. As a senior member of the team, you'll also help with coaching and mentoring others and handling escalations when required. As a Senior Customer Service Administrator, your main responsibilities will include: * Investigating and resolving client/colleague queries, whilst interacting with the client, relevant support departments and specialist areas * Responsibility for responding in a timely and professional manner to client requests, owning the task from start to finish * Allocating work to colleagues and also authorising work received from colleagues, ensuring all work is carried out in a timely fashion whilst adhering to the highest standards * Developing colleagues with mentoring and / or coaching, ensuring they champion the client agenda to achieve the right client outcomes * Proactively anticipating situations to prevent complaints, by confidently managing complex and emotive customer issues As a Senior Customer Service Administrator, your skills and qualifications will include: * A strong background in an administrative environment with experience of interacting with customers and providing excellent customer service * A proven ability of managing customer queries and resolving them * Experience of mentoring or coaching others, using your extensive customer service knowledge to help develop others in your team * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written The Benefits: Our customers deserve the best.
