Do you want to help secure the organisation’s future supply chain for offshore wind farms?

Join us and become a Senior Business Analyst in Supply Chain Analytics where you’ll be responsible for ensuring that our strategies for supply chain development are based on data analysis and sound business principles. Supply Chain Analytics delivers best-in-class analytic support for the organisation’s Offshore Procurement and Product Lines, that are responsible for securing our supply chain and driving our cost journey.

Your key tasks will be to

  • be responsible for the development and execution of a data-driven approach in our decision making on strategic categories and modules
  • participate in the most business-critical tender evaluations within your area of responsibility
  • ensure internal alignment on the future global demand outlook within your categories
  • participate and lead selected activities in our continuous effort to improve our way of working with data analysis and applying it commercially
  • play an active role in standardising and automating tools and processes, resulting in more efficiency for internal and external stakeholders.

In addition, you’re expected to handle initiatives going across categories/modules and ensure alignment within the relevant Product Lines as well as across them.

Your competences include that you

  • have a master’s degree in a commercial or technical field
  • have extensive experience with supply chain analysis and development
  • have a proactive and systematic approach to your work tasks
  • are highly skilled in Excel and experienced in using Power BI and preferably SQL
  • are capable of communicating your findings to stakeholders in a manner that is easily understandable.

Furthermore, you thrive in an international environment and are able to communicate and create good relationships with your stakeholders. Due to the variety and complexity of your tasks, it’s important that you’re able to work independently and form your own opinion and recommendation. As a specialist, it’s also required that you’re capable of taking a Project Manager role when required. You speak and write English fluently, can manage change and enjoy challenging the norms to increase performance.
