We are seeking an outgoing Tourist professional (Argentinian Spanish Dialect Speaking) to join our team in the position of tour guide to lead and assist our groups of visitors from Argentina on our sightseeing tour products.

Job Description

The right candidate will have an understanding that this position entails creating exceptional sightseeing tour experiences for guests and memorable storytelling, inspiring the spirit of adventure.

Greet visitors/guests and process tickets required for tours.

Escort and lead groups of visitors around Dublin city, Howth landscapes, and streets.

Describe and provide useful and interesting information (e.g., historical, or cultural facts) for groups of visitors regarding points of interest, artwork, exhibits, buildings, or geography.

Memorize any scripts and supply pertinent information in a narrative format.

Address and answer questions that visitors/guests may have.

Conduct research and study materials provided to you about the topics you will be speaking about.

Report any observations, concerns, or incidents to supervisory and/or operational staff that may require action and attention.

Know all safety procedures as you are responsible for large groups of people (e.g., knowledge of fire exits, elevators, etc.)

Monitor visitors' activities to ensure compliance with establishment or tour regulations and safety practices.

Any other duties or training that may be reasonably assigned from time to time.

Other Information:

Salary:        €34,500 per annum        

Working Hours:    39 hours per week and some weekend availability required.
