You’ll create impact by

- Providing consulting support to Siemens units and clients in fundamental areas such as supply chain operations, logistics, production, and material management- Supporting in evaluating and redesigning structures for procurement and supply chains to ensure improved efficiency and sustainability across value chains- Collaborating with senior consultants to implement innovative strategies focused on process optimization and digitalization- Assisting in optimizing inbound/outbound logistics and inventory management models- Participating in deployment projects for technologies like e-procurement and inventory planning systems- Contributing to developing data-driven insights for customers around digitization strategies and Industry 4.0 technologies

This is how you'll win us over

- Education- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent qualification

- Experience & Skills- First years of professional experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement and manufacturing- Familiarity with operational tools such as SAP ERP systems, including Materials Management and Distribution modules- Some exposure to process optimization tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) as well as experience in project management, change management, value stream analysis and design along the supply chain - Data analytics and IT affinity, ideally with low coding knowledge

- Ways of working- A customer-focused mindset with excellent team collaboration skills- Good communication and conflict management skills- Willingness to travel and execute projects at customer sites

- Languages- Business fluent in English; German is a plus
