Aufgabengebiet

-Work with data product owners and project managers to manage demand and changes requests from the Data Communities ensuring requirements are prioritised & correctly captured in the CC reporting backlog

-Analyse requirements and design reports and Dashboards in Salesforce to support business reporting requirements in accordance with defined design principles

-Oversee the delivery of the CC reporting backlog working with development resources

-Provide functional direction to the CC reporting development squad

-Be an active member of the Data Communities as the SME for CC reporting

-Perform UAT testing as needed aligning to business reporting requirements

-Provide assistance with reporting and analytics outside of Customer Connect as part of the overall Data Programme

-Input requirements to the CC Product Backlog to fulfil reporting requirements

Anforderungsprofil

Must have:

-Salesforce reports & dashboard development experience

-Ability to analyse reporting requirements

-Good communication skills

Preferred:

-Understanding of the insights and analytics capability within Salesforce

-Understanding of CRM Tableau/Einstein for reporting

-Experience of PowerBi Reporting

-Stakeholder management

-Management experience in a matrix environment
