To strengthen our presence in Finland, we are looking for an ambitious and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team.

About the role

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and fostering long-term client relationships in Finland. Your responsibilities will include:

Actively generate new leads and close sales.

Manage and develop selected key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Support local marketing activities to promote Nohau and our product portfolio.

You will work closely with our dynamic sales team and receive support from our skilled technical experts. Occasional travel within Finland for customer meetings is required, as well as visits to our headquarters in Sweden a couple of times a year.

Ideal candidate

We are seeking an experienced and proactive professional with the following qualifications:

Experience in customer-facing roles, such as sales or customer service

Technical knowledge gained through work, studies or hobbies. Capability to learn quickly.

Knowledge of embedded product and software development tools and processes is a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Fluency in Finnish and English is mandatory.

A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong team-working skills.
