You will be the interface between Sales and Operations and your main functions will be the following: - Act as a point of contact for all internal sales related topics - Interact with all internal departments that work closely with sales to ensure that the customer quotes and orders are timely and accurate - Generate and process tender documents and contracts - Manage our internal offer as well as offer follow-up process - Support our sales team with the preparation and follow-up of customer visits - Provide all the necessary data or reports to the sales Team - Generate customized reports from ERP System (SAP & CRM) and support during monthly reporting - Create new sales opportunities by order follow-up - Create and issue customer specific price lists - Maintain online customer registration platforms - Assist in coordinating major events like Technology Days and Customers Seminars You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and already have gained experience working in internal sales ideally in an industrial environment.

You have a passion for customer focus, a strong service orientation, enjoy working with people from different nationalities and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

You are open minded, have a reliable, flexible and communicative nature and possess strong organizational skills.

A high degree of independence, communication skills in discussions with international colleagues and clients and a highly developed quality conscience are characterizing your personality.
