Mini Bus Driver / Retail Stock Counter Combined Role B Licence

Must be resident in Ireland.

Salary: €16.70 per hour plus holiday pay.

Employee will receive payment per hour from when they leave their home until they return after their shift.**

Retail Asset Solutions are looking to take on a Driver/Retail Stock Counter to join our already existing teams. This role is a combined role and involves the transportation of employees to and from jobsites. You will be expected to be a part of the stock taking team at each job site.

Ideal Candidate will be located within the DUBLIN area.

The Company

We are a leading provider of Retail stocktaking, merchandising and supply chain management services.

The Role

We are looking for an individual to operate our company transport as a driver and to be able to take on the role as a stock taker at the jobsites he/she drives to.

The role will require you to be fully available and to have an above average understanding of driving in Dublin city and surrounding suburbs when necessary.

Work will be carried out on different Retail customer sites and stores and the route will vary on a shift-by-shift basis.

You will be responsible for transporting our employees to and from the jobsites. You will also be expected to be part of the stock taking team, ensuring stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner.

Being able to stand for prolonged periods of time is needed for the role and access equipment may have to be used on occasion to reach high stock. As our company driver you will be given adequate rest breaks required by law.

Key Skills/ Experience Required

Due to the nature of our work, you must be able to work unsociable hours including early mornings and during the night when required. As a result, we can only accept applicants 18 years and over.

You must have a 'can do' attitude and be able to work long shifts where required on large counts.

You must have excellent English-speaking skills.

A full clean Irish driver’s license is essential.

Experience of driving in Ireland is required.

Handling stock and previous stocktaking is an advantage but not a necessity as training is provided.

With our innovative business, the technology changes and therefore being a quick learner is a key skill required.
