Minimum Requirements

•    Food and Beverage qualifications at least 2 year course

•    At least 3 years previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in a 100 seater English speaking restaurant preferably in Ireland

•    Excellent leadership, communication and motivational skills

•    Sound knowledge of all aspects of the Restaurant Management role including rostering, purchasing, reservations

•    Must be totally knowledgeable of all purchasing and costing of foods, beverages and wages

•    On instructions from our clients, candidates without relevant experience are requested not to apply
