Aegis Human Consulting Group is an international Group (Milan, London) which offers consulting and services in HR Change Management, Executive Search, Middle Management Search & Selection and Human Capital Development.

On behalf of international group specialized in the production of medical devices, is looking for: Key Account Manager Main Goals: Drive profitable growth of the company and its subsidiaries across the whole portfolio in the territory, market segment and customers assigned, as per the targets provided by the international Sales Director, the marketing plan and the strategy of the Group.

Provide costant updates on prices, competitors and the market in general to the Sales Director and MD to support strategic decisions.

Accountable for driving growth with the assigned existing customers of the company and all of its subisidiaries and win new customers/business in the assigned OEM International market segment and territory. Main Responsibilities: • Ensure a healthy and transparent sales funnel and project pipeline that supports assigned annual growth targets; • Manage Customer Pricing responsibilities for all company subsidiaries in the assigned area, according to the company guidelines and thresholds, in order to achieve annual sales development targets; • Take direct care of customers within the assigned territory and coordinate the efficient use of OPCOs resources (nurses, samples and A&P) to support sales development; • Keep International Sales director and MD constantly up to date on market news, competitor actions and price development; • Constantly monitor sales development and highlight immediately to International Sales Director and MD any deviations from budget expectation.

Propose an action plan to bridge the gap; • Collect market information and support the market intelligence development to ensure that pricing and competitor information are collected and shared within the STS Group; • Coordinate and implement in its area marketing activities (segmentation and art.
