Your mission:

As our future travel agent, you will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements and for analysing all bookings made on the Cytric system.We are looking for someone who will provide our clients with high-quality service.You will be in charge of researching the best flight options and dealing with budget-related matters.You will have contact with our business clients and with your colleagues in the travel department. You will communicate easily with your team and with clients.You will also act as support/ backup for the Mobility team.

Be a part of our team where you will:  • Organise and coordinate travel arrangements using the Amadeus system (flights, accommodation, car rentals, rail bookings);• Handle travel issues, changes, cancellations, and refunds;• Deal with the approval process for bookings made on Cytric;• Support the analysis of financial statements and invoices (e.g. accommodation or shuttles);• Provide excellent customer service;• Provide information about travel destinations and accommodation options;• Work on administrative tasks related to Fleet management.

Let's talk about you. If you have …

• At least 2 years' experience in a similar position;• A bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism;• You are thoroughly familiar with Amadeus and Cytric (online booking tools);• You are experienced in making corporate travel arrangements;• You are familiar with tourism-industry trends;• Excellent communication skills;• Strong time-management skills and are able to prioritise tasks;• Strong IT skills (MS Office, Google, Excel, SAP);• A good command of both French and English.
