- help us transition to a cutting-edge configuration management tool, leading the way for innovation in aviation

- maintain precise records of aircraft configurations and modifications, ensuring everything is in perfect order

- monitor and distribute in AMOS applicable Airworthiness Directives

- create and update essential part data in AMOS, supporting our seamless operations

- ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, protecting our reputation for safety and reliability

- work side-by-side with our dedicated engineering, logistics, and maintenance teams to gather and validate data, ensuring its integrity

- conduct regular inspections to maintain the highest standards of data accuracy and configuration control

- develop and maintain detailed documentation, including standard operating procedures and guidelines, to make our processes smooth and transparent

- identify and implement process improvements to enhance data quality, integrity, and efficiency

- collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and configuration control issues, making impactful decisions

Ihr Profil:

- a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Data Management, or a related field

- proficiency in data management principles and techniques, and familiarity with aircraft configuration control processes and regulations

- experience with data management tools and configuration control software; knowledge of AMOS is a bonus

- strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Access

- excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle discrepancies

- outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams

- a proactive mindset, able to work independently and within a team environment

- flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive under pressure

- working proficiency in both German and English

- unrestricted access to the Austrian labor market
