Prime Steak Restaurant 2012 Limited is looking for a full-time HR Analyst to join our team. Responsible for undertaking research into pay differentials, productivity and efficiency bonuses; assisting with negotiations between management and employees concerning pay and conditions of employment; providing an outstanding employee experience by coordinating the entire benefits lifecycle; supporting employee data collection, proactively arranging interviews; ensuring all workers have signed contracts and are aware and comply with company and statutory requirements.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in the field; and demonstrate a working knowledge of typical HR shared services and programs.
34k per year, 39h per week
