Descripción de la oferta de trabajo:

The Swiss Country Manager proactively and effectively manages the client account across the country and is responsible for the ongoing delivery of the recruitment function consistently achieving agreed performance & financial targets. They will also be responsible for the day to day management and development of staff within the account

Key Accountabilities

• Manage the territory with P&L responsibility

• Manage Recruitment resources in -country and indirectly,supporting teams

• Realise opportunities for efficiencies in solution execution, and implement innovative solutions and continuous improvement initiatives delivering on SLAs and KPIs

• Achive and maintain high levels of client satisfaction

• Provide timely updates to the Global Account Lead, client management, stakeholders and/or executive sponsors in line with agree reporting strategy

• Manage and set strategic direction with the Account Lead and clients through agreed timely reviews

• Advise client on market trends, best practices and opportunities for improvement and/or corrective action

• Liaise with key internal stakeholders across Korn Ferry Futurestep

• Define and communicate individual and team metrics

• Maintain awareness of creative sourcing strategies and work closely with the team to develop the best approach for the client

• Communicate effectively with the client to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutions

• Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction

• Inspire the team to attain goals and pursue excellence

• Drives organic growth within the account and wins new client business in conjunction with Business Development teams

Operational Excellence

• Ensure the account Operations Manual is up-to-date and that all team members are trained and reviewed against the official process.

• Produce internal monthly dashboards covering all key contractual KPI’s and Futurestep-mandatory KPI’s (if different from those the clients request). Evaluate these dashboards and highlight risks and opportunities internally.

• Own and manage an issues log, capturing all account-related issues and developing solutions for resolution, with clear owners and timescales.

• Manage any issue-related escalation processes for issues that cannot be immediately resolved, ensuring these are escalated through the relevant Futurestep & client tiers and within agreed timescales.

• Manage team resources effectively, monitoring the team workload to resources ratio and flagging where more or less resource is required. This includes authorising all holidays through the formal process; ensuring sufficient resources are available to support the account at all times.

• Be accountable for the team’s delivery against account KPI's & SLAs, and any service development required to ensure KPI’s are continuously met

• Own & enhance own the sourcing strategy.

• Stay up to date with developments in the Talent Acquisition and related fields, communicating relevant innovations and best practice both internally and to clients

Skills & Experience

Required Skills and Experience:

• Previous success in a Client Delivery role

• Proven track record of senior leadership within talent acquisition

• Proven success leading teams

• KPI achievement and upselling to client stakeholders

• Stakeholder management, influencing and utilizing negotiation skills

• Cross country experience required

• Exceptional interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
