With the announcement of Talk Staff Group winning the prestigious ‘Commitment to People Development Award’ and finalists for ‘Best Company to Work for’ at the National IRP Awards, Talk Staff Recruitment announced their expansion into Nottingham. We are now looking for a successful Recruitment Branch Manager to take on this fantastic opportunity to build this new branch with a headcount of 5 from day one and massive plans over the next 3 years. You’ll already have experience in a successful managerial or supervisory role within a Commercial Division of the Recruitment Industry with exposure to Branch Development, Training, Sales and Resourcing; however the other areas that are important to us also include: • Enjoy building and nurturing a successful team, invest time to develop all members within the branch to our high standards • Naturally wanting to take ownership of the brand values, instilling our quality ethos whilst driving revenues across all areas • Enjoy resourcing candidates to a high standard (normally associated with head hunting) and understand that this is similar when resourcing junior levels too • Thrive on growing a productive and profitable headcount where everyone is treated and developed as an individual • Fully Proficient in the use of MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Used to working with CRM Systems such as Bond Adapt, Voyager, Bullhorn or similar • A full driving licence is a must Most importantly, giving you the personal development to do a good job is our number one priority, so we make sure that each person that comes into the business is given the time and support needed. You will be joining our ‘hands on’ management team and always be at hand to offer help and experience where needed – this as a business is something we never want to lose! After all, it helps make you and your team become more successful too. As part of your role you’d be expected to be involved in: • Producing quality driven results across the branch through a hands-on style of leadership and management • Completing PDP’s and One-to-One meetings on a regular basis with all members of the Team, to identify training and development on an ongoing basis • Ensuring the business growth plan is on track • Generating new business through prospect calls to new and existing clients • Identifying opportunities through consultancy led business development to assist all areas of a client’s business • Using innovative candidate sourcing and screening techniques, using comprehensive client briefs, you’ll work to find the best people every time and make a positive impact on your clients business • Working with the senior management team and consultants to identify new recruitment tenders and winning bids of large accounts We pride ourselves on delivering a service that not only meets the expectations of an excellent people consultancy but brings with it the fully consultative approach that our competitors have forgotten about completely. Salary is offered at £28,000 – £40,000, based on experience and attitude + pool car, competitive bonus schemes based on individual/team performance, pay day pizza, group pension scheme & much more. Working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with 1 hours’ break.
