Yes, this is a stand alone role, but this is a real team player role and the ideal Recruitment and HR Manager will be joining a great bunch!

More about the role:

The role as Recruitment and HR Manager will be required to drive forward the processes for:

•Recruitment & on-boarding/induction process

•Labour cost management & payroll

•Learning and development initiatives

•Event planning

•HSE

•Employee relations

•Contract management

This role will ensure the unit are optimising its variable resources and database, the Recruitment and HR Manager will be responsible for all match day, event and non -match day activity at the Aviva stadium.

You will liaise with:

Wider team within the unit; nominated variable labour suppliers, college providers, accommodation providers and all other HR team members within Levy and Compass...

Who you are:

As Recruitment and HR Manager you will be a great communicator, an advocate for inhouse training and development, and a real team player!

We dont mind where you have worked previously, you just need to have worked in a similar role with people! If you do love sport, we are sure you will love this role!

Ideally you would have knowledge of employment law for Ireland, but not essential.
