QC Inspector. Dublin. Irlanda

A permanent position has become available in the Quality department for a QC Inspector who will work as part of the QC Team as per the job spec below with an immediate start.

1. Carry out in-process QC checks on printed product, including using an Eye C proofiler.

2. Final QA Release on all Pharma jobs plus other customers requiring certs of conformances & ”problem” jobs as directed by QA Manager.

3. Log internal non-conformances and issue to department responsible.

4. Carry out weekly spot checks and internal audits.

5. Verify and process product revisions.

6. Buddy check pharma orders & approve new pharma art works when required.

7. Help out investigating quality issues.

The position will be shift based, alternating weekly

Week 1: 6am – 2.30pm Mon - Fri

Week 2: 2.30pm – 11.00pm Mon - Thurs

Please ensure you have your own transport or are on a bus route to meet the early start and late finish.

Salary will be based on candidate qualifications and experience.

Candidate’s must have a third level qualification in Engineering or Science or a minimum of 2 yrs relevant industry experience in a QC Role. Full industry training will be provided for the successful candidate.

Experience working in a GMP environment would also be an advantage.

Candidate’s must have a good working knowledge of MS word and excel.
