Anderson Heating and plumbing and Property Maintenance are continuing to expand and require a skilled and experienced Maintenance person to work in the Dublin/Kildare locations. We have a very wide range of domestic to commercial clients which makes the job interesting. A wide range of skills are essential for this role, with a good knowledge of all trades, and the ability to use a smartphone apps.
What is the Job:
• Calling into people’s homes and business and fixing problems.
• General maintenance and upkeep of the property
• Minor fixes and repairs
• Installation of equipment
• Painting and Decorating
• You will be working with Qualified Plumbing and Heating engineers so any major leaks/heating issues will be passed to plumbing team
The successful candidate must have some experience in the field and bring their own tools on site. As we are hiring immediately, the successful candidate must be permitted to work in Ireland.
