You will be based in Copenhagen as part of the Marine Category Management team which is responsible for managing our marine equipment and service supplier base. You will work in close cooperation with a large network ofstakeholders from different business units mainly located in Denmark, India, China and Singapore so some travelling should be expected. You will be a driver of strategic initiatives impacting different business units as well as building the governance structure for some core processes within our department.Our vision is to make sure that every dollar spent, is spent professionally. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating upcoming and recurrent cross-department strategic initiatives• Overall responsible for reporting dashboards and monitoring accuracy of different categories’ contracts• Program Management. Setting up governance ensuring strategic drives with specific business units or across business units and categories ensuring deliverables are met. Manage an extensive pipeline of projects ideally with Project Management tools• Global Project Management across different functions• Ensure relevant input is provided to you or other PMs while ensuring state of the art stakeholder management• Generate and manage improvement initiatives• Design in coordination with the Head of Category Management Vessels strategic presentations and input to management meetings• Support ad hoc projects within different categories• Support our Master Data Management team to implement a complete and reliable catalogue and ensure it’s being used by our purchasing teams.

You are a team player with strong analytical abilities as well as good interpersonal and communication skills.Your profile:• Excellent English communication skills and stakeholder management• Structured to govern processes, achieve deadlines and keep control of a diverse project pipeline across the department• Confident to deal with a diverse and demanding array of stakeholders• Have at least 3 years of complex Project Management and ProgramManagement experience in a large corporation• Preferably a background on Marine and/or Manufacturing industries• Have an educational background in Business, Supply Chain Management, Project Management or similar. Preferably certified within Project Management and/or LEAN/Six Sigma• Confident managing Excel, Power Point and in general MS Office tools.
