  What You'll Do

We are looking for a professional to join a leading financial services and ICT organization based in Luxembourg.

The candidate will join the Regulatory Reporting department and temporarily replace the Portfolio Manager during her maternity leave.

Your tasks will include:

Portfolio management of projects in the Regulatory Reporting area (progress tracking, monitoring of initiatives, managing interdependencies and priorities).

Governance: preparation of executive reporting and presentations for steering committees and senior stakeholders.

Regulatory compliance: coordination of project activities in line with supervisory requirements (e.g. EBA, ECB, CSSF, national regulators).

Stakeholder management: act as a liaison with business units, compliance, risk management and IT.

Vendors and resources: coordination of internal and external teams, including third-party suppliers.

Change management: support in impact analysis, corrective action planning, risk management and issue tracking.

Methodologies: application of project and portfolio management best practices (PMI, Prince2, Agile/Hybrid).

  ️Technical Skills

Minimum 3-6 years' experience as Project Manager or Portfolio Manager in the banking/financial sector.

Solid knowledge of Regulatory Reporting processes and related regulations (CRR/CRD IV, COREP, FINREP, AnaCredit, ESG reporting, etc.).

Strong ability to analyze regulatory requirements and translate them into IT and process projects.

Excellent command of project monitoring and reporting tools (MS Project, JIRA, Clarity, advanced Excel, PowerPoint).

Knowledge of project governance methodologies (PMI/PMP, Prince2, Agile).

Fluent in English and Italian (working language with teams); French is a plus.
