In your new job you will:

· *Lead projects linked to state-of-the art package technology* with

noticeable impact on Infineon business

· *Be responsible of an innovative environment* where ideas are assessed

vs business potential and carried-out through projects

· *Assume full responsibility for your projects* (cost, timeline, specs

and stakeholder satisfaction) by continuously assessing the progress, the

risks and adjusting the project plan accordingly

· *Actively manage internal and external key stakeholders* in an

common goals

· *Ensure that the project compliant with internal rules and regulations*

at any stage of the project life-cycle

· *Be in direct contact with some of Infineon key customers/providers* to

work together on value proposition and implementation of new technologies

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

· A *degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Microelectronics* or

similar

· At least *5 years of professional experience and thereof 2** years of

leading projects* and project teams

· Hands on *project management* skills in the arena of *assembly, mixed

signal IC or power conversion*

· A *formal Project Management Certification (e.g. IPMA or PMI) *or

training as a plus

· *Strong communication skills*

· Fluency in *English *required, German skills or the willingness to learn

is appreciated

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your

performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance

with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the

electrical and electronics industry, employment group H

The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation

depending on your expertise and skills.
