Would you like to take part of the development of our “Work From Anywhere” strategy and thereby influence how we work tomorrow? Do you have a “yes-we-can”-attitude, a bright mind with an eye for detail, and the ability to push a process forward? Are you detail orientated and with an interest in and ability to collect and coordinate data and information? Then this 8-months project assignment might be interesting for you.

We are currently looking to recruit a Project Coordinator to join our Mobility and Rewards team based at our Head Office in Viby. The role is opened as a project position until 31 August 2021, where your main responsibilities will be to support the “Work From Anywhere” strategy and Brexit work.

As an international company with more than 19,000 employees we have many colleagues working in different locations across the world while handling work both at our headquarters in Denmark or in local offices. Our Mobility and Rewards team is supporting the business and employees in cross boarder matters while ensuring compliance across countries.

In this role you will be supporting senior colleagues in the team and ensure that necessary information is collected from the right stakeholders both internally and externally, and that this information is processed ,sanity checked and coordinated. You will prepare excel overviews and power point presentations so that the data and strategy is presented professionally and structured when presented to senior decisionmakers in Arla.  

Furthermore tasks will include:

  • Collect and structure information
  • Coordinating meetings
  • Preparation of agenda
  • Creating power point presentations and overviews in excel
  • Ad hoc mobility work

Your contribution and decision making will ensure that we have the correct information which will eventually drive our overall decision making in very important matters. You will be processing high volumes of queries and you can expect to be challenged in terms of both volume and complexity.

The candidate

To be successful in this role you will need to be passionate about details and accuracy. Things need to be done correctly above all. You need an agile mindset, capable to challenge and able to comprehend complex information so that you can do the sanity check and keep the overview also while handling many different stakeholders. You presumably have a university background in law or finance, and have gained work experience during your studies or after graduation, preferably from larger companies, law firms or within consultancy.

You have great skills in excel and power point and like both the part where you collect and refine the data as well as when you prepare overviews for others.
