Processing orders from Sales team onto order systems.

Liaise with customer contacts regarding order planning.

Recording and presenting data of sales/order and stock trends.

Develop new spreadsheets and presentations as required.

Monitoring & recording production on a daily basis.

Liaising with relevant personnel and customers to ensure plans are accurate and achievable while ensuring efficiencies are maintained.

5 passes at GCSE Level or equivalent.

Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within meat manufacturing.

Knowledge of meat products and production processes.

Computer skills with knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Excel & Word.

Ability to use your own initiative.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team.

Ability to work to strict deadlines and targets and pay great attention to detail.

Flexible approach to working hours is essential.
