Pine Creek Games is looking for an 2D Art Director and Lead. You have experience from working in at least one other game company, preferably a small indie studio like ours. It would be an advantage if you have experience with implementing art in the Unity 3D game engine and Spine.

You will become a part of a small team of 5 members, where we all take on a broad span of responsibilities. We are a startup, and do our absolute best to keep core members with us on this journey and grow with the studio.

Pine Creek Games is a small startup company with a fully financed project, which is a survival crafting life-sim. The games is a cozy and wholesome take on the survival genre and offers a much more forgiving player experience than the genre usually does. 

We are a studio who make games inspired by nature that offer worlds that players can step into and become a part of.

What we offer:

• Monthly salary of 35.000 DKK

• Work week of 37 hours, including a daily lunch break.

Your responsibilities are:

• Create the Art Direction for the game

• Lead the art team, and process

• Create 2D art Assets for the game

• Implementing art in the Unity 3D game engine

• 2D Animation for the game in Spine  

What we look for:

• Artist and animator with work experience

• Experience with implementing art in Unity 3D game engine

• Experience with Spine

• Adapt at working in small teams, and excellent communication 

• Available in regular office hours timezone CET
