Are you a newly qualified or experienced Band 5 Physiotherapist looking to progress your career in a well-supported environment? United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust ULHT is recruiting a Band 5 physiotherapist to be based at Lincoln County Hospital. The successful applicant will join the Physiotherapy team, working with patients in core rotations and others including Neuro Rehabilitation. You will be working within the Hospital wards and Physiotherapy outpatient setting, in a 58 member strong team that constantly sets and achieves high standards. E.g. Receiving 99 very good or good feedback regarding the clinical encounter from 517 MSK patients and achieving a 98 same day response for inpatient referrals. Our team is highly focussed on supporting your development and we work hard to ensure you will receive 1:1 supervision, regular training/peer review and access to advice and support from our team of Clinical Specialist physiotherapists. All physiotherapists benefit from protected CPD time, as well as the opportunity to attend locally organised courses run by nationally accredited tutors. The post will be full time, and will work as part of a 7 day service and will include training so that you can participate on a respiratory evening on –call service. All applicants must have a current HPC registration. The Physiotherapy team is a sociable one that takes advantage of Lincoln as one of the fastest growing cities in the UK with its population rising at four-times the national average, boasting an historic Cathedral Quarter, with independent shops and dining experiences nestled amongst cobbled streets.
