DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responding to customer inquiries through various communication channels, including live chat, phone, email, web forms, and social media.

- Communicating effectively with professionals within relevant industries.

- Managing customer requests, including providing information and handling complaints.

- Delivering high-quality solutions and customer service.

- Offering accurate and timely product-related guidance in a professional manner.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Native/fluent in German, both verbal and written, as well as fluency in English (at least B2 level).

- At least 1 years experience working in pharmaceutical industry within Germany.

- Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and concepts (e.g., technical terms, regulatory language, or product classifications relevant to the field).

- Strong communication skills, with a high level of empathy and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

- Proficient in IT systems, with the ability to quickly and accurately use tools to document and manage interactions.

- Willingness and availability to work in a shift-based schedule.
