We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to support the Executive of the UK Sales and Marketing team to provide comprehensive, high quality and efficient diary, travel and administrative support.

What will you be doing? This is an exciting and varied role that will see you working to support an executive and their department, providing comprehensive and high-quality support on a daily basis.
There are four main areas that this role will focus on: Diary and email management * You will be the main point of contact for diary management.
You will need to work with a high level of integrity and confidentiality on the executives diary and emails Line manager / team support * This is an interesting and varied part of the job, and can include everything from organising breakfast meetings and travel requirements, to managing the leave and holiday requests for the team * You will also prepare board papers, write minutes and manage invoices and expenses for the executive and department.
You will also be actively involved in the business continuity management PA Team Objective * The Architas PA team will offer regular support as you grow in your role.
You will be expected to engage and communicate regularly with the other PA's and attend term meetings where you will discuss PA items and invite people to present on important matters * You will support the other PA's to cover leave (e.g. holiday) and help others during busy periods Risk and Control * Whilst going about your day to day role, you will consistently support an effective risk and control environment * Most importantly, this will see you understanding and complying with all of Architas' and AXA's procedures and controls What can we offer you? You will also: * Have at least 2 years experience working in a Personal Assistant or Office Manager position * Be educated to A-level, or equivalent * Have a strong knowledge of administrative applications, e.g.
