The job will involve:

- maintaining cash flow forecasts and monthly budgets;

- maintaining profit and loss accounts;

-preparation of monthly financial reports for management purposes;

- ensuring invoices and payments are correct and sent out on time;

- liaising with clients to ensure that payments are made on time and credit limits are not exceeded;

- liaising with the office in Korea regarding corporate financial documentation required for Dublin office;

- monitoring the accounting systems to determine if the accounts are being maintained and reconciled effectively and as per the company requirements;

- ensuring Revenue Returns (VAT, P30) are prepared and submitted as per the requirements;

- providing information on accounting practices to auditors

Requirements:

-At least 1 years of experience as an Accounting Technician

-Accounts Diploma

- Fluency in Korean

- Knowledge of corporate financial documentation and accounting systems

- Experience preparing cash flow forecasts and financial reports
