We are looking for an experienced

Performance & Reward Manager

to work in Ponsse Group HR team.

Group HR team supports and leads the global HR development across Ponsse. In this new role you will be part of the Global HR Team and support, lead and develop the activities, processes and practices in Performance, Compensation & Benefits area including wellbeing aspects.

One of the responsibilities in this area will be participating the global HR information system (HRIS) project. We are in process to implement Workday solution globally, and your role would be to ensure we get performance and reward aspects fully utilized with the tool. Additionally you will be leading various other developments globally for performance, reward, global mobility, wellbeing etc. As part of the global HR team you will have possibilities to participate in various other developments included in Ponsse People Plan: employee experience, competence development, learning path and career path creation just to name a few.

Depending on your background you may have possibility to also act as a HR Business Partner for some business area or grow towards that type of roles in the future.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing and developing our global job architecture and related job levelling processes and compensation applications.

- Designing and managing our compensation and benefits programs and policies.

- Ensuring market competitiveness in terms of salaries and benefits, global process for managing core compensation and changes.

- Leading annual performance management initiation globally and related developments in Workday.

- Salary planning and budgeting process management globally, including the collective agreement related processes.

- Global wellbeing programs and guidance in collaboration with HR team and Safety professionals.

- Working closely together with businesses and HR colleagues to ensure our mobility, compensation and benefits programs support the business needs.

- Contributing to our Global HR roadmap by actively ideating and creating content on the key themes and topics.

- Support Group HR in different own area HR plan preparations.

We are looking for an inspiring, energetic and results-driven candidate with:

- Passion for reward and performance area and to develop HR practices in global context.

- B.Sc or M.Sc in business or equivalent experience.

- Several years relevant experience within international human resources related roles, with proven experience in global mobility, job architecture, and/or compensation and benefit type of roles.

- Proven track record of successfully managed development projects in a multi-country context e.g. bonus programs, job architectures, salary management.

- Good communication skills and a fluency in both spoken and written English and Finnish, other languages are beneficial.

- A background of leading, shaping and contributing to global HR initiatives.

- Proactive, creative and collaborative way of working, you take initiative and ideate, you have attention to detail, and you work well under pressure with flexibility for changing situations.

- Ability to solve problems and work in a diverse team and see solutions rather than problems.

- Experience of Workday are seen as an advantage. We also appreciate experience in HR data management, reporting and change management. Agile ways of working experience and understanding the user centric approach would be valued.

You will be part of the Ponsses Group HR team, reporting to CHRO and working closely with the HR team globally across the Ponsse countries and subsidiaries. Your working location is negotiable, office locations available in Finland could be Tampere, Kuopio or Vieremä, but we are working hybrid model. Some amount of travelling will be required in this role.
