Descripción de la oferta de trabajo:
Working at Leeds Community Healthcare is an exciting time for the growth of Organisational Development. We have crafted a cultural brand around “Our 11” and “Creating the Working Life You Want” embedded into teams and supported around a range of core interventions centred on a coaching mind set. The Care Quality Commission CQC has assessed us as ‘Good’ overall and ‘Outstanding’ in the quality of the care we offer. This year too, we have been shortlisted five times in the Health Service Journal HSJ awards, including one in partnership with others in the city of Leeds for our approach to Health Coaching. We have refreshed our OD strategy with our board and this a brilliant opportunity to join us to help with our ongoing work connecting with our Board, teams and individuals in LCH and across the city as we move to working more collaboratively across the city. You will lead, in partnership with our OD team, focussed work on leadership and coaching programmes further embedding key pieces of work on our cultural journey. You will have significant and demonstrable experience working in a similar function/role, ideally with experience in working in coaching context. You also need to be able to plan and organise a range of surveys and be able to report on these i.e. Staff Survey and Staff FFT. You will be supported through your development and there are many opportunities for you to be involved and get experience across the full range of OD interventions and system work in Leeds. You will be reporting to the Head of Organisational Development and working with our other OD Leads on culture and systems and leadership development. An interest in organisational psychology is taken as a given as too is your determination to succeed in this role. Your OD journey starts here, it’s a question of are you ready and have what it takes to grab this This is a secondment or fixed term opportunity of up to 18 months. If you would like to know more about this exciting opportunity please contact Steve Keyes Head of OD who will be more than happy to answer an queries.
