Are you the new Professional, Passionate and Productive Operational Assistant for our CEO in Switzerland? Then you could be our new Operational Assistant we are looking for to assist the CEO in Managing and Growing all Businesses successfully together with our international team all working together from our office in Cham/Zug. Why we want you You will diligently and effectively support the CEO in an ever changing and very fast paced environment by managing his schedule, organising trips, planning and prioritising activities/tasks. The Operational Assistant will also assist the CEO in coordinating and controlling campaigns and projects across the businesses. Furthermore you will be the focal point for HR concerning recruitments, on boarding, reviews, developments, policies, procedures, problem solving and mediation. Experience that will support your success - You can work effectively and productively in a fast paced and ever changing environment. - You are detail-oriented, structured and good at working and cooperating across different cultures locally and remotely. - You have strong interpersonal competences, communication skills and are able to plan, prioritise and executive different tasks effectively. - You are a positive, proactive and a professional person that can communicate and collaborate with Senior Management as well team members from all departments. - Business/HR management (remote and local) experience is an advantage, but not a requirement. - It is important that you are fluent in English as you will be part of an international team. Fluency in German and any of the Scandinavian languages are an advantage.
