Customer Care Team is a team in our unit area Merchant Services with highly skilled people whose main purpose is customer care of high quality within several of services.

The team serves primarily Norwegian and Danish B2B customers and collaborates tightly with a similar team, that serves the Finnish and Swedish market. Furthermore, the team is an important support for internal stakeholders within Nets. We are dedicated in creating a great customer experience and every day, we strive to handle the incoming requests in the best possible way for our customers. Our primary area is service of tasks within the credit-card and debit-card acquiring business. Our team is a part of a customer care function with an E2E perspective. We have an ongoing process optimizing and digitizing several of our work processes.

Your key responsibilities:

• Provide unique and excellent customer service on the phone and in written Norwegian language

• Help existing B2B customers updating their registered data and changing their set-up in our IT systems

• Supporting customers who experience issues with their credit-card payments

• Problem solving and fixing issues in IT systems that govern credit-card payments

• Providing support for internal stakeholders

• Documentation of work instructions.

Profile and background

• Norwegian and English at high level (both written and spoken)

• Knowledge of Danish is an advantage

• Customer-oriented approach and end-to-end focus

• High communication skills and a professional attitude towards customer, colleagues and internal stakeholders

• A structured and solution-focused approach.

• Ability to understand complex systems and processes. Knowledge of SAP CRM is an advantage

• Proactive, independent and accountab

• Flexible and positive mindset to a changing environment

• Excellent cooperation and interpersonal skills

• Ability to make the right priorities in a busy environment

• Understand the importance of treating sensitive data with care and according to legal rules
