We are looking for a naturally inquisitive person with a passion for learning to deeply understand the Global, European and Nordic eMobility markets.  As St1?s Nordic eMobility analyst, your insight will be key for developing the future of our eMobility business. You will work on different topics related to eMobility and EV Charging with an outside-in perspective, providing input to how eMobility in St1 will evolve, both with regards to strategy, customer offerings, hardware choices and energy system optimisation.

The position can be located in either Helsinki, Stockholm, or Oslo. The St1 eMobility team is spread around our Nordic office locations to enable close cooperation with the local operating units in each country whilst also closely collaborating on a Nordic level.

It is important that you are externally focused, attending industry events in different European markets to gain learning and to understand and identify trends which you can use to drive the evolution of thinking around eMobility in St1. You will be working together with, and seeking input from, the local business organisations to gain further understanding of trends, developments, and customer needs in eMobility. Additionally, it is important that you establish strong relationships and partnerships with relevant external stakeholders that support the development of St1?s understanding of eMobility. The right candidate can further also build a role as a ?subject matter expert of eMobility? in the organization, with the opportunity to speak on behalf of the company, in relevant forums.

Tasks will include

-Collecting and analyzing raw data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and other helpful information within eMobility. Some travel will be required.

-Using data to develop and provide input to strategies and processes that increase profits, efficiency, quality and/or reduce costs.

-Collaborating closely with the local businesses to collect data and share back knowledge gained.

-Creating reports and presentations to summarize findings and influence company decisions

Qualifications

We are looking for applicants with passion for the energy transition and eMobility, as well as expertise in the majority of the following areas:

-Relevant Bachelor or Master's degree.

-Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.

-Financially literate, strong understanding of Profit and Loss., Balance Sheet and (Discounted) Cash Flow analysis.

-Ability to recognize patterns and trends in large data sets and use numerical information to develop business strategies.

-Strong math, organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

-Strong presentation, research, and verbal and written communication skills.

-Ability to summarize and explain complex information to others.

Language requirements

Excellent written and oral English is mandatory, and proficiency in a Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish) is beneficial. The operating language of St1 is English.
