We are looking for a Night's Porter to join our team here at the Slieve Russell Hotel.

This position represents an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual.

Principle Responsibilities will include: -

Complete Night Security and Fire walks of all areas in the Hotel

Ensure that all corridors, and fire exits are kept tidy and hazard free.

Setting up meeting and conference rooms

General cleaning & maintenance duties,

Preparation and delivering Room Service

To assist guests in a polite and friendly manner

Greeting guests and assisting with luggage.

To have a full knowledge of all services in the department and a general knowledge of all hotel facilities and opening hours.

To assist staff and guests with an emergency evacuation of the hotel-by-Hotel Evacuation procedures.

Competencies and Experience

·    Excellent presentation,

·    Exceptional Customer service and communication skills,

·    Positive Attitude

·    Good command of the English Language

·    Experience in a portering role would be a distinct advantage.

·    Available midweek and weekends and flexible with working times and shifts
