Marketing & Sales Representative (Part-time / Commission-based)

We are a growing Finnish company creating unique furniture. Our products combine natural materials with modern design, inspired by Nordic nature. We are now looking for a motivated Marketing & Sales Representative to help us bring our products to homes, businesses, and design studios across Finland.

Your Role

Promote and sell our handcrafted furniture to design stores, interior architects, restaurants, and private customers.

Build and manage customer relationships.

Run online marketing campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, Tori.fi, etc.).

Represent our company at design fairs and exhibitions.

Suggest creative sales and marketing strategies to grow the brand in Finland.

What We Expect

Background in marketing, sales, or design industry.

Strong interest in interior design, furniture, or handmade crafts.

Independent, motivated, and results-driven personality.

Finnish language skills are a big advantage; English required.

What We Offer

Part-time flexible role ideal for a student, freelancer, or side-project.

Base monthly pay: €800 to 1,200 (negotiable).

Commission: 5 to 10% of sales value (uncapped earnings).

Bonus: Additional rewards for exceeding sales targets.
