Specialist  contracting company, are expanding their business and are looking for an Engineer / Administrator who will manage, administer and organise all activities in relation to administration engineering support.    We are looking for a dynamic, self starter with strong commercial awareness who will work under the direction of the General Manager,  and be closely involved in a wide range of technical and administration areas to include the following :


-    Manage all customer enquiries in a timely manner, for new and existing business opportunities

-    Prepare quotations for projects, to include all costings ie labour, materials , etc

-    Monitor labour and supply costs, and ensure all projects are delivered within budget

-    Liaise with all site based engineers and assist with scheduling of resources to meet project requirements.

-    Manage the Safety System and ensure records are maintained and uptodate.

-    Any other technical support as required.


-    Monitor costs of projects, including associated invoicing and book-keeping tasks

-    Credit control, follow up with clients on payments due to ensure they are received on time

-    Work closely with company Accountant on book-keeping and statement generation, and over time take on this responsibility

-    Record keeping for all company activities to include projects, safety, regulatory requirements, etc.

-    Any other tasks as they arise
