What do we offer?Would you like to play a key role in the continuous design and implementation of the future Global L&D operating model for Grundfos and would you like to lead the design and implementation of global L&D processes, concepts and tools.You will join the Learning & Development Team at the Centre of Expertise for Organisation Development. We orchestrate training structures and enable learning processes for the global Grundfos organisation, striving to use the latest learning philosophies and best practices. The global learning processes, we produce and transfer, are designed in close collaboration with relevant functions across our value chain.You will join a team of 8 professionals who work passionately on L&D consultancy, Global processes, Global training opportunities and how to leverage the fantastic business opportunities in front of Grundfos. You will report to the Head of Learning & Development, Klaus Loewe Lantz.“You will contribute to build up and drive a new operating model for training in Grundfos. In the past years, we continuously have adjusted our offerings to the organisation, but now we are ready to accelerate the development and take the next natural step into a future-driven learning model for Grundfos.This is an opportunity to leave a remarkable footprint with a high impact potential for Grundfos”, Klaus says.What is the job about?As Lead Specialist, Global L&D, you are responsible for development projects that contribute to the build-up of the new global L&D operating model, and eventually be a responsible for connected global L&D processes. Being part of the build-up means executing analysis, investigating best practise, collecting and using L&D science and designing creative suggestions for the future set-up. Being responsible for a global process means designing, implementing and maintaining these processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the value chain worldwide.“You will be involved in designing a learning model for approximately 19000 employees worldwide to whom the personal development is a significant motivator. We believe that implementing the new model is critical to Grundfos given the significant change agenda our organization is facing” Klaus saysAs an L&D specialist you will also act as a L&D consultant, helping and supporting primarily corporate functions in designing and developing training and learning programs. We strive to optimize the learning process by providing good and solid recommendations, and by helping to design and deliver training concepts with the purpose of creating a real change in behavior.Your recommendations must align with the learning models and business strategies while being effective and efficient in terms of impact and productivity measures. As the needs of the business and L&D technologies are constantly changing you will help secure continuous improvements and strive to create an effective learning culture in Grundfos.“We strive to deliver strategy aligned processes and learning recommendations that guarantee a good learning experience for the employees and there are many ways of doing this. The biggest challenge in this job is to combine your solid organizational L&D and consultancy skills with the ability to deliver effective and efficient learning process solutions,” Klaus explains.What do you need to apply?You most likely have a strong organizational L&D background with experience in HR and employee development and are familiar with consultancy. The ideal candidate will be evaluated on the following professional competencies:- Strategic L&D experience or organizational L&D expertise- HR experience with specific focus on employee development- Experience working in a global and multi-cultural environment- Consulting background or equivalent experience with passion for consultancy- Mastering Project Management- Experienced in change processes and familiar with C
