About the job

As a customer support representative, you will:

• Help Huawei consumers with product information, technical support, and other customer-service-oriented questions.
• Answer calls and handle incoming cases via the network.

Required Qualifications

• You have advanced skills in both Danish and English, both spoken and written
• Positive attitude and a genuine customer service mindset, and friendliness
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and quickly solve the problems
