Arbeidsoppgaver

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as Head Chef at least 5 years
• Non Violent Communication leadership skills
• Ability in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress
• Credentials in health and safety training
• Training kitchen staff for the high seson
• Design menus that will reflect the nature in Lofoten and satisfying customers' culinary experience while keeping up our high quality.
• Driver license
• Nordic / English speaker
