About the team
The Operations Team (“Ops”) is responsible for oversight and control of a number of operational activities migrated to centers outside of Luxembourg.
Your responsibilities
Trade Support & Processing
- Ensure governance framework documentation, templates, and procedures are up-to-date and in compliance with regulations;
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all trading activities, including equities, fixed income, and derivatives;
- Monitor trade execution and settlement processes, resolving any discrepancies promptly.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless trade operations;
- Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly rebalancing of assets to maintain target allocations;
- Coordinate with relevant teams to implement rebalancing decisions effectively and in a timely manner;
- Maintain accurate records of all trading and rebalancing activities;
- Generate detailed reports on trading activities, and rebalancing actions for internal and external stakeholders;
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies through diligent documentation.

Oversight & Control
- Ensure operational tasks is migrated to our Polish branch as planned, within budget, and in compliance with EU Directives (MiFID)/EBA/ECB/CSSF outsourcing requirements;
- Support implementation of an effective oversight and control framework;
- Ensure ongoing compliance, oversee and control of migrated work;
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators for trends and issues;
- Produce management reports on processing quality and timeliness of activities;
- Work with stakeholders to ensure local monitoring is completed in line with company policy;
- Implement and conduct training programs for colleagues and new joiners;
- Investigate compliance issues and report findings to senior management;
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to provide necessary documentation and support for audits.
Your ideal background and skillset
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a middle office or trading management role;
- Strong knowledge of financial instruments and market operations;
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in trade processing and reporting;
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines;
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data;
- Strong problem-solving skills to address trading and rebalancing issues efficiently;
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tool;
- Willingness and openness to learn new things and adapt to evolving challenges;
- Hands-on mentality and eagerness to contribute to the team's success as a whole;
- Enthusiastic about contributing to a dynamic workplace environment and meeting deadlines effectively;
- Effective communication skills in English, fostering relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
