Leading teams of Engineers to solve complex business problems in a clean and simple way.

As part of the Consumer Domain at Klarna your role as Team Lead is to inspiring, mentor and enable the team towards shared goals. You will ensure that testing best practices and Agile development processes are followed. We believe you are great at leading design discussions, retrospectives and empowering teams to find solutions to complex engineering challenges. Preferably you are still hands on with a strong passion in technique as well as people.

Whether working on a feature that helps smooth payments for millions of monthly active users or working to test out new hypotheses around what consumers want you and your team will be responsible for making sure that our users get the best experience possible.

Being part of the Consumer Domain is definitely a fun challenge. Being able to operate in a growing, fast moving and changing environment is going to need to be something you enjoy.

In addition to being a strong Team Lead you must also have strong full stack JavaScript competence.You will work in the Consumer Experience team to work on a set of features delivered to the customer via web and native iOS/Android apps. We start with building the native apps so outside of great JavaScript skills we need you to have strong experience/interest with React Native.
