Descripción de la oferta de trabajo:

An inside sales will play a fundamental role in achieving an ambitious customer acquisition and business objectives.

  • Support the field sales team by calculating accurate sales quotations and prepare tenders, proposals and technical documents to meet customer deadlines.
  • Manage the distributor network for MRO business, including visits and meetings in order to provide technical expertise for your product range, and to maintain and improve the relationship.
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure (OEM business).
  • Work closely with the field sales team and sales management.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and e-mails.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Manage and interpret both new and existing customer requests ¿ to understand, anticipate and practically meet their needs.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Ensure the most efficient and customer-focused way of working and you help to expand the commercial field service.
  • Provide pre-sales technical expertise and product training to new and existing customers.
  • Offer after-sales support to develop and grow long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Maintain appropriate levels of sales literature, instruction manuals, certification booklets and evaluation reports for your product range.

To be successful in this open position it¿s quite essential that you:

  • You have had a technical education at bachelor level, preferably in the field of electromechanical/industrial automation.
  • A few years of relevant industrial experience
  • A customer and service oriented attitude
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills.
  • Strong organizational skills are a base requirement in this role.
  • You can work independently without any problems, and like to be service-oriented.
  • You have a great sense of responsibility and good analytical skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English languages in word and writing. Any other language is an asset
