We are currently recruiting for the following:
1 Year Fixed Term Contract
Purpose of Role
To provide an effective Human Resources service for internal clients in supporting the recruitment process for employees. To update employee records and liaise with relevant internal stakeholders. To provide relevant HR support, information and advice to employees as required in line with company policy and legislation. To collaborate with line managers to provide information and/or training to employees on aspects of HR processes and procedures.
The following tasks are a general guideline and may be in scope or out of scope depending on company needs:
Posting job vacancies, screening and shortlisting candidate applications in liaison with line managers
Processing security clearances e.g. Garda Vetting
Arranging candidate interviews and preparing interview packs
Providing guidance on interview process (Interviewing should be conducted by line managers but may include a HR representative for specific roles.)
Issuing and updating contracts for new and existing employees
Maintaining employee records and database
Administering other HR processes as needed: leave requests, grievance and disciplinary documentation, engagement surveys
Updating HR reports and analysis
Working as part of the HR team to prioritise and plan HR activities and project work
Assisting with automation of HR processes with IT provider
Assisting with induction, information and training employees in relevant HR designated programmes(Train the Trainer will be provided)
Preparing relevant HR information(eg starter packs, changes to procedures, new policies) for employees
Being a point of contact for employee HR queries, maintain a log of queries and update responses to frequently asked questions
Liaison and main contacts:
Clinical Directors, centre managers, employees (internal clients)
Payroll and Finance
Onboarding new employees
Efficient prioritisation of HR tasks
Providing effective administration of the recruitment and selection process
Accuracy in updating records
Regular communication and reporting on progress
Maintain updated knowledge on HR processes, methods and procedures
Skills and Attributes:
Educated to degree level with relevant training and qualification in HR – Diploma, CIPD Associate level minimum
Strong literacy and numeracy aptitude
Note: Garda Vetting is required (of the successful candidates) for all positions. This role is a potential General Employment Permit Application.
