HR Manager Industrial Site:

  • a good comprehension of/and interest in the business topics and act as a strategic partner for the business and his development
  • translate and implement the Group and BU HR policies (including KPIs, procedure, methods, and reporting)
  • staffing and recruitment (with the support of the Talent team)
  • interfaces for payroll issues with SSC
  • people & position review and succession plan with Talent team
  • Comp & Ben, job position evaluation with support of Comp & Ben team
  • performance review
  • training, competency management and development with support of the Talent team
  • organize and follow up ad hoc audits
  • participate to the works councils
  • you are part of the management team

HR Manager Industrial Site will receive an attractive package including company car + insurances

HR Manager Industrial Site:

  • you possess a masters degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, Social Sciences, Economics or other human sciences
  • you have at least 5 years successful experience in HR Management, are strongly motivated and prepared to develop further in the operational side of all the HR processes that take place in Nuclear Generation
  • you have established leadership competencies, interpersonal communication skills, Change Management, effective animating/delegating/coordinating skills and you know how to create an interactive team spirit within the team
  • you understand the importance of social dialogue and have good negotiation skills
  • you have knowledge of the Belgian social laws
  • you have a good knowledge of the group HR, Social Relations, Comp & Ben and Talent policies
  • you have a general knowledge of the energy business
